摘要
水利水电工程建设征地影响企业停产损失是水利水电工程移民补偿投资概算中的重要组成部分。由于水利水电工程移民规范中没有明确规定企业停产损失的计算方法,结合多个已建、在建水利水电工程企业停产损失补偿评估实践,总结、提炼企业停产损失补偿评估的理论和方法,为今后水利水电工程建设征地企业处理工作提供参考。
The production suspension loss of enterprises caused by land acquisition of water resources and hydropower engineering is an important part of the investment budget for the resettlement compensation of engineering. Because the resettlement regulations not specify how the enterprises’ production suspension losses are calculated,the theory and method of the enterprises’ production suspension loss evaluation are summarized herein based on the compensation evaluation practices of several constructed and under-construction water resources and hydropower engineering on enterprises’ production suspension loss,which will provide the references for the relocation of enterprises caused by land acquisition of water resources and hydropower engineering.
