摘要
通过数值模拟和工程实践分析了烟气深度冷却器的磨损泄露问题,总结了贴壁磨损、烟气流速磨损和烟气走廊磨损的机理,提出烟气流场整体优化、产品结构和防磨装置等防控措施。通过工程实践检验,这些措施有效控制了烟气深度冷却器磨损问题。
Through data simulation and engineering practice analysis the problem of wear and leakage of flue gas deep cooler,the wear mechanism of wall attachment,flue gas velocity and flue gas corridor are summarized,some preventive and control measures such as overall optimization of flue gas flow field,product structure and anti-wear device are put forward.Through the test of engineering practice,these measures effectively control the wear of the flue gas deep cooler.
