摘要
管路件主要应用于飞机的液压、燃油、滑油、环控等系统,是飞机的生命线。无扩口管路件因其密封性能好、可靠性高、减重效果明显等优点,将逐渐取代扩口连接管路件,成为航空管路件的趋势和主流。从结构形式、密封原理等方面对6种无扩口管路件进行了介绍,并阐明了使用的优缺点;对国内外研究现状进行了阐述,指出国内目前无扩口管路件的发展与国外先进水平仍有较大的差距;对比分析国内外鉴定试验内容,并为国内无扩口管路连接技术发展提出了合理化建议。
The fittings are used in aircrafts'hydraulic;fuel;lubricating oil and environmental control system;primarily.And it is the lifeline of aircraft.Due to its advantages of good sealing performance;high reliability and obvious weight reduction effect;the flare fittings will be gradually replaced by flareless fittings.And the flareless fittings will become the main trend of development.The structure and sealing principle of 6 kinds of flareless fittings are introduced.The research status is expounded at home and abroad.And it is pointed out that there is still a big gap with the advanced.Then the methods of qualification test are compared and analyzed.Finally;the suggestions on development of flareless fittings are given.
