摘要
动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(aSAH)是一种严重的急性出血性脑血管病,其预后极其不良。近年来关于蛛网膜下腔出血病理生理过程的研究主要集中在早期脑损伤,研究结果显示核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)炎性小体在蛛网膜下腔出血后的早期脑损伤过程中被激活,参与氧化应激反应、促进脑组织炎性反应、损伤血脑屏障并促进神经元、血管内皮等细胞死亡,最终造成神经功能损伤。本文将综述NLRP3炎性小体在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血中的作用及其机制。
Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(aSAH)is a kind of severe acute hemorrhagic stroke with poor outcome.In recent years,studies about the pathophysiology of SAH mainly focus on early brain injury(EBI).Recent studies suggest that nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family Pyrin domin-containing protein 3 inflammasome(NLRP3 inflammasome)was activated in EBI,and took part in oxidative stress,aggravated inflammatory response,damaged blood brain barrier,increased the death of neurons and endothelial cells,eventually caused neurological deficits.This article reviews the effects and mechanisms of NLRP3 inflammasome in aSAH.
