模具零件电镀失效机理分析及控制方法研究

摘要 针对电镀后模具零件型面出现开裂的问题,介绍了模具零件电镀的工作原理,并从模具结构强度、母材金相组织、模具热处理工艺及电镀过程的氢脆控制等方面剖析了模具零件开裂失效的机理。在此基础上,提出了优化铸件合金配比、电镀前模具零件型面裂纹检测与修复等改进措施并开展工程试验。试验结果表明,通过采取以上措施,避免了模具零件电镀裂纹的产生并延长模具铬层的使用寿命,可为提升模具零件电镀质量与汽车覆盖件成形质量提供借鉴。 In view of the surface cracking of die parts after electroplating,the working prin⁃ciple of electroplating was briefly introduced.The mechanism of cracking failure was ana⁃lyzed in detail from the aspects of structure strength of die,base metal microstructure,heat treatment technology and hydrogen embrittlement control.On this basis,the improve⁃ment measures were put forward such as optimizing the alloy ratio of the casting,detect⁃ing and repairing the crack of the die surface before electroplating,and the engineering tests were carried out.The test results showed that the above measures could effectively avoid the generation of plating crack and prolong the service life of chromium layer.It could be used for reference to improve the electroplating quality of die and the forming quality of automobile cover panels.
