摘要
目的探究肺癌首次化疗患者应用以家庭为中心的护理模式对患者生活质量的影响.方法将2018年7月至2019年9月就诊于本院的肺癌首次化疗患者76例以随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理模式)和观察组(以家庭为中心的护理模式),各纳入38例,对比生活质量评分、心理状态评分、护理满意度.结果护理干预前两组SAS评分、SDS评分、SCL-90评分对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后观察组的上述评分均比对照组低,P<0.05;生活质量各指标对比,观察组评分均比对照组高,P<0.05;护理满意度对比:观察组、对照组分别为94.74%、76.32%,观察组明显更高,P<0.05.结论针对肺癌首次化疗患者实施以家庭为中心的护理模式,对患者心理状态及康复效果具有积极的意义,可更好的改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度,具有应用价值.
Objective To explore the infuence of failylcentere nusing mode on the quality of hfe of patient with lung cancer undergoing primary chemotherapy.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,76 patients with lung cancer recciving first chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(routine nursing mode)and resarch group(family-centered nursing mode),with 38 patents in each group,and the quality of life score,psychological state score and nursing stsfction were compared.Results There was no signifcant iference in SAS score,SDS score and SCL-90 score between the two groups before the nursing intervention(P>0.05).Afer the intervention,the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Comparison of nursing stisfsction:the study group and the control group were 94.74%and 76.32%respectively,and the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05),Conclusion The implemenation of fmily-centered nursing mode for paients with lung cancer undergoing fisr-time chenotheapy has positive significance on the psychological state and rehabilitation efet of patiens,and has significant applic ation value in improving the quality of life of patients and patient saisfaction.
