摘要
目的:探讨小儿肺咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿慢性喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将180例小儿慢性喘息性支气管炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各90例,对照组患儿口服孟鲁司特钠治治疗,观察组患儿采用小儿肺咳颗粒+孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察治疗前后患儿的临床症状、肺功能指标、免疫球蛋白、炎性因子和不良反应。结果:研究期间脱落4例,观察组总有效率为95.5%,高于对照组的81.6%(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状(喘息、咳嗽、痰鸣音)消失时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。观察组肺功能指标、免疫球蛋白、炎性因子指标较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.9%,低于对照组的18.4%(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肺咳颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠可有效改善小儿慢性喘息性支气管炎的临床症状,不良反应发生率低。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feike granule combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis in children.Methods:180 children with chronic asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium orally.The observation group was treated with Xiaoer Feike granule+montelukast sodium.The clinical symptoms,lung function indexes,immunoglobulin,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results:During the study period,4 cases dropped off,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.5%,higher than that of the control group 81.8%(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms(wheezing,coughing and phlegm sound)in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of pulmonary function,immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 7.9%,lower than that of the control group 18.4%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoer Feike granule combined with montelukast sodium can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with chronic asthmatic bronchitis,and the incidenceof adverse reactions is low.
