摘要
翼阀作为催化装置的一个核心部件,在装置运行和流化过程中,发挥着重大作用,其性能直接影响装置的催化剂消耗以及设备的使用寿命、装置的长周期运行等,因此在制造,尤其是检验与试验过程,都有必须做好严格的控制,本文论述的是重锤阀的有关结构、检验与试验。
Wing valve,as a core component in FCC,plays an important role in the operation and fluidization of the device,and its performance directly affects the catalyst consumption of the device,the service life of the device,and the long period operation of the device.So,during manufacturing,especially in inspection and testing process,strict control must be done well.This paper discusses the structure,inspection and test of flapper valve.
