利用聚磷酸制备结晶Ⅱ-型APP及其晶体结构表征 被引量:1

Research on the preparation and structure characterization of Ⅱ-APP by using poly-phosphoric acid

摘要 以聚磷酸和尿素为原料,经过氨化缩合反应制备结晶Ⅱ-型APP。实验确定聚磷酸和尿素按物质的量比2.5∶1投料,缓慢升温至130℃左右进行预聚合反应,预聚合是制备结晶Ⅱ-型APP的关键。预聚合后进一步聚合熟化,在220℃下聚合熟化时间应控制在5h为宜,并采用IR、SEM及XRD进行表征分析,表明合成的结晶Ⅱ-型APP与商业Ⅱ-型APP在晶体结构上一致。 Ⅱ-APP were prepared by the poly phosphoric acid with urea as ammoniation poly condensation agent.Research showed that the molar ratio of poly-phosphoric acid to urea was determined to be 2.5∶1.The experiment was slowly heated to about 130℃for pre-polymerization.Pre-polymerization was the key to the preparation ofⅡ-APP.After pre-polymerization,it will carry out polymerization reaction.Polymerization temperature was 220℃,time was 5 h.The structure of APP is confirmed by IR,XRD,SEM.The experimental synthesis of APP and business typeⅡ-APP in the crystal structure was the same.
