摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预对瓣膜置换术老年患者抗凝依从性及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月于我院行瓣膜置换术的90例老年患者,按入院顺序随机分为对照组(n=45例)和观察组(n=45例)。对照组常规护理,观察组采用延续性护理方式。观察比例两组抗凝知识掌握情况,依从性,生活质量及并发症发生率。结果观察组抗凝知识掌握率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组抗凝依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能及生活状态等评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肢体乏力、血尿及皮下瘀斑等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可提高瓣膜置换术老年患者对抗凝相关知识的了解及依从性,显著恢复患者术后症状,提高其生活质量并降低并发症发生率,对临床具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate effect of continuous nursing intervention on anticoagulation compliance and complications in elderly patients with valve replacement.Methods 90 patients who underwent valve replacement in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)according to the admission orders.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received continuous nursing.Then the anticoagulant related knowledge mastery degree,compliance,quality of life and the incidence of complications were compared between groups.Results The anticoagulant related knowledge mastery degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anticoagulation compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and living status of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as limb weakness,hematuria and subcutaneous ecchymosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can improve the mastery degree of anticoagulant related knowledge and anticoagulation treatment compliance rate for elderly patients with valve replacement,which can significantly restore postoperative symptoms,improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
