装配式钢框架-泡沫混凝土墙板结构力学性能 被引量:2

The Mechanical Behaviors of Prefabricated Structure of SteelFrame with Expanded Polystyrene Concrete Wallboard

摘要 针对以往组合墙板自重大、刚度低、施工复杂等缺点,提出一种新的组合墙板——装配式钢框架-泡沫混凝土墙板。该墙板内填聚苯乙烯泡沫(expanded polystyrene,EPS)混凝土能与外部钢框架协同受荷,整体刚度及水平承载力高,自重低,同时又具有节能保温、施工操作简便等特点。为了探究组合墙板在单调侧向力作用下的受力变形,通过足尺模型实验和有限元模拟的方法,分析对比了纯钢框架与组合墙板的受荷响应及破坏模式。结果表明,组合墙板的破坏形式为脆性破坏,其极限抗侧承载力约为纯钢框架的3倍,当EPS混凝土板厚与梁柱翼缘宽度相等时承载力最高。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional composite wallboard,such as large weight,low rigidity and complicated process,a new composite wallboard was proposed.It was the prefabricated structure of steel frame with expanded polystyrene(EPS)concrete wallboard.The EPS concrete filled in the wallboard could bear the weight with the external steel frame,so that the overall rigidity and horizontal bearing capacity were increased.Besides,it had the characteristics of low self-weight,energy saving and simple construction.In order to explore the deformation of the composite wallboard under the monotonous lateral force,the response and failure modes of the pure steel frame and the composite wallboard were analyzed and compared by the full-scale model experiment and the finite element method.The results show that the failure mode of the composite wallboard is brittle failure,and its ultimate horizontal bearing capacity is about 3 times that of the pure steel frame.The bearing capacity reaches the maximum value when the thickness of EPS concrete is equal to the flange width of the beam and the column.
