摘要
提高铝合金强度的方法较多,其中超低温轧制是一种有效的方法。但变形后的A14.5Cu铝合金塑性较低,不适合做结构件。因此提高铝合金的强度以及塑性是拓展其应用的关键。研究了超低温轧制对Al4.5Cu合金性能的影响,并通过退火提高超低温轧制Al4.5CU合金的塑性。采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜观察合金的微观组织,测定硬度、强度、伸长率等力学性能。结果表明:超低温轧制的Al4.5Cu合金的晶粒细小、具有高的硬度和强度。在400℃保温6 h退火后,其晶粒的平均尺寸约20μm,塑性明显增加,同时仍然保持较高的强度。
There are many methods to improve the strength of aluminum alloys,among which cryorolling is an effective way.However,the plastic deformation of aluminum alloy is poor,not suitable for structural parts.Therefore,to improve the strength and plasticity of the alloy is the key to expand the application of the alloy.The influence of cryorolling on the performance of Al-4.5Cu alloy was studied,and the plasticity of cryorolled Al-4.5Cu alloy was improved by annealing.The microstructure of the alloy was observed by optical microscope,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.Hardness,strength,elongation and other mechanical properties were tested.The results show that the cryorolled alloy has fine grain,high hardness and strength.After annealing at 400℃for 6h,the average grain size is about 20μm,and plasticity increases significantly while still maintaining a high strength.
