基于海量点云的发电厂承重结构形变分析

摘要 传统的发电厂建筑结构健康监测方法自动化程度低、精度差,不能满足发电厂建筑主体结构形变分析的要求。基于海量点云的地面三维激光扫描技术具有自动化程度高、采集速度快、数据精度高等特点,适合应用到发电厂建筑结构的形变分析中。为了控制误差的传播,本文通过地面三维激光扫描仪采用分段闭合扫描路线采集发电厂海量点云数据,详细介绍了海量点云数据的过滤除噪、多站配准、逆向重构过程,并基于点云参数化参考建模,最终实现了某发电厂的三维数字化重建。同时,基于变量位移分析法计算了发电厂承重结构在不同方向的偏移,基于方向中误差评价了承重结构的健康程度,实现了发电厂建筑承重结构的形变分析。本文的研究对海量点云处理技术在大型建筑结构健康监测领域的应用具有实际意义。 Conventional methods for structural health monitoring of power plants are low automation and poor accuracy,which can’t meet the requirements of main structural deformation analysis of power plants.Three-dimensional laser scanning technology has the features of high level automation and high point accuracy,which makes it suitable for the deformation analysis of power plant load-bearing structure.In order to control the propagation of errors,terrestrial three-dimensional laser scanner is used to acquire the exten-sive point cloud data of a power plant through the sectional closed scanning route in this paper.Meanwhile,the process of denoising,multistation registration,and reverse reconstruction of massive point cloud is introduced in detail,and digital reconstruction of a power plant is realized with high accuracy.At the same time,according to the horizontal displacement analysis method,the horizontal devia-tion of load-bearing structure in different directions is discussed.Based on the direction median error,the health status of load-bear-ing structure is evaluated,and the deformation analysis of power plant building structure is realized.The application research of this paper is of great significance to the application of massive point cloud processing technology in the field of large building structure health monitoring.
