摘要
在医疗改革背景下,医患双方的利益诉求满意度是反映医疗改革社会成效与衡量医疗服务质量的一个重要指标,构建和谐医患关系与提高医患满意度是医院可持续发展的价值追求及基本命题。本文就此对医疗改革背景下医患双方利益诉求满意度的研究做一综述。
Under the background of medical reform,the satisfaction level of the interest appeal of the doctors and patients is an important indicator that reflects the effect of medical reform and measures the quality of medical service.Building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improving doctor-patient satisfaction level are the pursuit and basic proposition of sustainable development of hospitals.This paper reviews the research on satisfaction level of the interest appeal of the doctors and patients under the background of medical reform.
