摘要
为培养适应社会主义新时代需求、德才兼备的高素质药学人才,更好地服务社会、服务人类,我们需要多法并举、多管齐下,将新药研究与评价课程和思政教育深度融合和互动,切实贯彻全程育人和立德树人的教育理念。具体措施如下:明确课程思政目标,系统谋划建设方案;强化课程思政意识,大力提升教师素养;拓宽课程思政思路,充分挖掘思政元素:利用教材扩宽思政广度,利用课堂加强思政力度,利用实践提升思政高度。
We should use multiple methods to deeply integrate the new drug research and evaluation course with ideological and political education and practically implement whole-process education and moral cultivation,in order to cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical talents who can meet the needs of the new era of socialism and have both morality and talent,so as to better serve the society and human beings.Specific measures are as follows:clarify the ideological and political objectives,and systematically plan the construction plan;strengthen the ideological and political awareness,and vigorously improve the quality of teachers;broaden the ideological and political thinking,and fully tap the ideological and political elements;broaden the breadth of ideological and political thinking with teaching materials,and strengthen the ideological and political strength with classroom,and enhance the height of ideological and political thinking through practice.
