摘要
分析汽车专业产业工人培养现状,了解学生以及企业对汽车产业工人需求情况,结合国家对高职的要求,研究分析适合汽车专人才培养的模式。
Firstly,this paper analyses the current situation of the training of automobile professional workers.Secondly,it investigates the demand of students and enterprises for automobile industrial workers.Finally,combined with the requirements of the state for higher vocational education,it studies and analyses a more suitable training model for automobile professional talents in our school,so that our school can have a strong competitiveness in Henan.
