摘要
将企业的岗位胜任力的人力资源管理思维融入中职电子商务专业的职业实践能力培养,分析现有中职学校培养方式与企业岗位需求脱节、学生岗位胜任能力不足等问题,以企业真实项目为载体,构建以岗位能力素质为导向的微商运营实践能力培养教学体系,提出基于岗位角色定位的多元化综合评价方式,并在中职电子商务专业商品拍摄与后期处理课中加以教学实践,有助于提高学生职业能力素质和实践能力。
The present study integrates the enterprise's post competency of human resources management thinking model into the professional practice of e-commerce professional training,and analyzes the disconnection between the training methods of secondary vocational schools and the job demands of enterprises,and the students'insufficient competence,etc.,and takes the enterprise projects as the carrier to build the teaching system of WeChat business operational practice ability oriented by post competency,and proposes a diversified comprehensive evaluation method based on the post positioning.Moreover,the teaching practice in the course of Commodity Shooting and Post-processing of e-commerce specialty in secondary vocational schools is helpful to improve students'vocational ability and practical ability.
