摘要
目的分析舒适护理在纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月至2019年11月我院收治的150例肺部感染患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理。比较两组的动脉血气指标、肺部感染情况、舒适度及心理状态。结果护理后,两组PaO2、SaO2均增高,PaCO2均降低,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组CPIS、SCL-90各项评分均降低,GCQ评分均增高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗肺部感染中应用舒适护理,能够有效改善患者的血气动脉指标、肺部感染程度、舒适度和心理状态,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with pulmonary infection treated with bronchoalveolar lavage with fibrobronchoscope.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with pulmonary infection admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to November 2019 were selected as the study objects.All patients were treated with bronchoalveolar lavage with fibrobronchoscope,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The arterial blood gas indexes,pulmonary infection,comfort degree and psychological state were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the PaO2 and SaO2 in the two groups increased,and the PaCO2 decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the CPIS and SCL-90 scores in the two groups decreased,the GCQ score increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing applied to patients with pulmonary infection treated with bronchoalveolar lavage with fibrobronchoscope can effectively improve arterial blood gas indexes,pulmonary infection degree,the comfort and psychological state of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
