妇产科护理云课堂信息化教学应用反例教学的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Using Counter-Example Teaching on Quality of Information-based Teaching of Nursing Cloud Classroom of Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要 目的分析在妇产科护理云课堂信息化教学中采用反例教学对教学质量的影响情况。方法随机选取医院于2018年8月-2019年8月时间段内至医院进行实习的妇产科护理人员共46例作为此次研究对象,对所有实习生采用双盲法分组,分为观察组(23例,采用反例教学联合妇产科护理云课堂信息化教学)与对照组(23例,采用常规妇产科护理云课堂信息化教学),分析比较两组实习生学习后其教学质量(理论成绩、实践成绩)及实习满意度情况。结果经过教学后,观察组实习生的理论成绩以及实操成绩均较对照组实习生更高,且前者实习满意度明显较后者更高,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妇产科护理云课堂信息化教学采用反例教学,可有效提高整体教学质量,提升实习生实习成绩与实习满意度,是一种具有较高实际应用价值的教学方法。 Objective To analyze the influence of using counter-example teaching on quality of information-based teaching of nursing cloud classroom of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 46 obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff who were interned in our hospital during the period from August 2018 to August 2019 were taken as the subjects of this study.All the interns were divided into two groups by doubleblind method:the observation group(n=23,using the counter-example teaching combined with the information-based teaching of nursing cloud classroom of obstetrics and gynecology)and the control group(n=23,using the conventional information-based teaching of nursing cloud classroom of obstetrics and gynecology).The teaching quality(academic performance,practical performance)and intern satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After teaching,the academic and practical performance of interns in the observation group were both higher than those of interns in the control group,and the intern satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is a high practical value teaching method to apply counter-example teaching in the nursing cloud classroom information-based teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,as it can effectively improve the overall teaching quality and the intern performance and satisfaction.
