摘要
近几年,家居新零售迅猛发力。家居卖场利用大数据进行了线上线下的改造,不仅在卖场经营效率、用户挖掘等方面凸显优势,线下门店也有向综合购物中心转型的趋势。论文分析了两家新零售家居企业的经营思路和业绩,挖掘其新零售转型的方式,从而对家居行业的可持续发展提出建议。
In recent years,the new retail of home furnishing has made great efforts.Home furnishing shopping malls use big data to transform online and offline,which not only highlights their advantages in terms of operating efficiency and user mining,but also shows a trend of transformation from offline stores to comprehensive shopping centers.This paper analyzes the operating ideas and performance of two new retail home furnishing enterprises,and explores their transformation ways of new retail,so as to make suggestions for the sustainable development of the home furnishing industry.
