摘要
绩效管理是国有建筑施工企业提升管理水平、增强核心竞争力的基础。信息化时代高速发展的背景下,供给侧结构性改革和国企深化改革持续加深。绩效管理工作与企业可持续发展息息相关,论文以中国建筑某工程局为例,对其绩效管理优化存在的问题和建议进行分析。
Performance management is the foundation for state-owned construction enterprises to improve their management level and core competitiveness.Under the background of rapid development in the information age,the supply-side structural reform and the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises continue to deepen.Performance management work is closely related to the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes an Engineering Bureau of China Construction as an example to analyze the existing problems of its performance management optimization and suggestions.
