摘要
论文重点讲述铁路企业在进行多元化改革的过程中所面临的困难及对策,以及多元化经营所要承担的风险,并提出相关措施来降低风险发生的可能性,最后通过案例的实际实践来验证论文提出的相关对策的合理性。
This paper mainly expounds the difficulties and countermeasures faced by railway enterprises in the process of diversified reform,as well as the risks to be borne by diversified operation,and puts forward relevant measures to reduce the possibility of risk occurrence.Finally,through the actual practice of the case,we verify the rationality of the relevant countermeasures proposed in the paper.
