摘要
消防关系到人们的生命安全,只有全面保证消防能力,才能为人们提供安全的生活环境。现代社会生活中,火灾事故随时出现,严重影响到了人们的正常生活,在各种火灾救援工作中,消防员是主体,全面担负着火灾救援的重大任务,他们的体能与安全是有效救援的根本保障。文章主要通过对消防员灭火作战、抢险救援时身体可能产生的不适情况进行分析,并提出了如何避免这些不适,快速恢复战后体能方法,以此,全面提高消防能力,保证战斗力。
Fire control is related to the safety of people's lives.Only by comprehensively ensuring the ability of fire control,can we provide a safe living environment for people.In modern social life,fire accidents occur at any time,which seriously affect people's normal life.In all kinds of fire rescue work,firemen are the main body and shoulder the important task of fire rescue in an all-round way.Their physical fitness and safety are the fundamental guarantee of effective rescue.This paper mainly analyzes the possible physical discomfort of firefighters in fire fighting and rescue,and puts forward the methods of how to avoid these discomfort and quickly restore their physical fitness after the war,so as to improve the fire fighting capability in an all-round way and ensure the combat effectiveness.
