摘要
文章对某氧化铝厂水量消耗进行了简要分析,针对控制水耗采取了改进现状的几种措施,通过对氧化铝生产中循环水流程改造、生料浆水份控制、原液蒸汽加热等项目技改,以及生产过程中循环水水利用,既降低了新水消耗,又节约了生产成本,为企业降本增效提供切实有效的技术保障,提升了企业市场竞争力。
In this paper,a brief analysis of the water consumption of an alumina plant is carried out.In the current situation,several measures are taken to control the water consumption.Through the transformation of the water circulating process in the production of alumina,the control of slurry water,the change of steam heating technique and the utilizing of circulating water,we can reduce the consumption of fresh water and save cost of production.Eventually,we can provide effective technical support for reducing cost and increasing efficiency and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprise.
