铁路变配电所无功补偿方案的研究

摘要 随着铁路变配电网的发展,供电线路大量使用电力电缆取代架空线路,由于长距离电缆线路产生的容性无功功率相当大,铁路变配电所容性无功补偿方式逐渐变成感性无功补偿。此外,现有变配电所补偿装置容量的确定方式,因考虑因素不全面,往往出现地方供电公司给出的功率因数低而罚款的现象。因此,以某铁路电力变配电所为例,提出了一种适用于现场的无功功率测量和确定补偿装置容量的新算法及具体方案,从根本上解决供电公司罚款的问题,并起到了很好的补偿效果。 With the reform of the railway power distribution network,most of power lines have been replaced with power cables.Since the capacitance per unit length of cable lines is 20 to 30 times that of overhead power lines,the capacitive reactive power generated by long-distance cable lines is quite large.The method of reactive power compensation in transformer substations has gradually changed from capacitive reactive power compensation to inductive reactive power compensation.The article takes a railway power substation as an example to carry out a detailed analysis of reactive power and power factor(force rate)and it proposes a specific scheme for reactive power measurement and determination of the capacity of the compensation device.This Scheme applied to the substation which Played a very good compensation effect.
