摘要
设计概算在项目建设全过程中起着至关重要的作用,是投资控制的总额,如何在不同阶段确定、控制工程造价,做到最终决算不超概算,是建设单位必须认真研究的课题。从建设单位角度出发,研究前期准备工作、设计阶段、实施阶段的投资控制容易产生的问题,提出相应的对策和建议,希望广大建设单位从中受到启发,共同促进项目投资的有效管理。
Design budget estimates in the whole process of project construction plays a crucial role,is the total amount of investment control,how to determine,control the project cost in different stages,do not exceed the final budget estimates,is the construction unit must seriously study the subject.From the perspective of the construction unit,this paper studies the problems that are easy to occur in the investment control in the preliminary preparation,design and implementation stages,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping that the majority of construction units can be inspired from this and jointly promote the effective management of project investment.
