摘要
作为构成工程实体的重要材料,河沙在铁路建设中用量较大,在工程总投资占比较重。2018年以来全国河沙价格上涨幅度较大,给建设单位、施工单位都带来了很大的风险。结合现今铁路建设项目材料价差调整和投资控制相关政策和文件规定,统计七个代表地区近三年的河沙信息价,分析价格上涨对工程造价带来的影响。
As an important material of engineering entity,river sand is widely used in railway construction,and its total investment accounts for a large proportion.Since 2018,the price of river sand in China has increased by a large margin,which brings great risks to both the construction unit and the construction unit.Based on the relevant policies and documents of material price difference adjustment and investment control of railway construction projects,this paper makes statistics of river sand information prices in seven representative regions in recent three years,and analyzes the impact of price rise on project cost.
