武汉地区高层住宅被动式节能设计参量影响关系分析 被引量:2

Analysis on influence of passive energy saving design parameters of high-rise residential buildings in Wuhan area

摘要 城镇化水平的提高促进了高层住宅的发展,也使之成为建筑节能领域关注的重点之一。基于武汉地区气候特征和能耗特征,选取塔式、板式高层住宅建立典型模型。通过能耗模拟计算,针对外墙传热系数、窗墙比、建筑朝向等不同被动式影响因素进行比较研究,探讨不同被动式因素与建筑能耗之间的量化关系,为高层住宅被动式节能设计提供思路和参考。 The improvement of urbanization level has promoted the development of high-rise residential buildings and made them one of the focuses in the field of building energy conservation.Based on the climate characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of Wuhan area,the typical model of high-rise residential buildings with tower type and board type was selected.Through the simulation of energy consumption,a comparative study was conducted on the different passive influencing factors,such as external wall heat transfer coefficient,window-wall ratio and building orientation,to explore the quantitative relationship between different passive factors and building energy consumption.It provides ideas and references for the passive energy saving design of high-rise residential buildings(low energy consumption).
