摘要
[目的/意义]为推进学术期刊评价研究的广泛开展和方法体系的形成,梳理期刊评价的不同指标,为后续研究提供参考。[方法/过程]将定量评价指标按学术期刊论文被引频次、引用和被引用质量、被引时间、被引离散度划分为4种,综述国内外学术期刊影响力评价方法研究进展,总结现有学术期刊影响力评价指标的特征,并针对4种分类研究中现存的不足给出未来学术期刊评价指标的改进方案。[结果/结论]已有的期刊评价指标融合性较差,未来应重视被引频次与被引频次均衡性的结合、被引频次与引用时间异质性的结合、引用质量与被引质量的结合、引用频次与学科分类的结合等。
[Purpose/significance]In order to promote the extensive development of academic journal evaluation studies and the formation of methodological system,this paper combs different indexes of Journal evaluation,and provides reference for follow-up studies.[Method/process]Quantitative evaluation indexes are divided into four categories according to cited frequency,cited quality,cited time and cited dispersion of academic journal papers.This paper reviews the studies progress of impact evaluation methods of academic journals at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics of existing impact evaluation indexes of academic journals,and gives the improvement scheme of academic evaluation index of future academic journals according to the shortcomings of the four classifications.[Results/conclusion] The existing evaluation indexes of journals are poorly integrated.In the future,attention should be paid to the integration of cited frequency and cited frequency balance,the combination of cited frequency and cited time heterogeneity,the combination of cited quality and cited quality,and the combination of cited frequency and subject classification etc.
