摘要
目的:观察黄连解毒汤对溃疡性结肠炎患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:20例溃疡性结肠炎患者在美沙拉嗪治疗基础上加用黄连解毒汤治疗第30天,之后对患者的大便样本进行菌群分析。结果:治疗后,患者肠道寄生的菌群在丰富度方面与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但患者菌群多样性方面与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者变形菌门方面与治疗前比较,丰富度有所下降;厚壁菌门方面与治疗前比较,丰富度有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者属水平方面:Acti-nobacillus和Escherichia/Shigella的丰度下降,厚壁菌门方面与干预前比较丰富度有所升高。属水平方面,放线杆菌和大肠杆菌的丰度下降,韦荣氏球菌属、梭状芽胞杆菌、布劳特氏菌属、变形菌属、黄杆菌属等的丰度增高(P<0.05)。经过实验观察,c_γ-变形菌纲和p_厚壁菌门是受试者干预前后的特征性菌群。结论:黄连解毒汤可以显著改善溃疡性结肠炎患者的肠道菌群失调症状。
Objective:To observe the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction on intestinal flora in patients with ulcerative enteritis.Methods:20 patients with ulcerative colitis were treated with mesalazine for 30 days after treatment with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction.Then,the stool samples of the patients were analyzed for flora.Results:After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the intestinal parasitic flora of the patients compared with before treatment(P>0.05);however,the difference in the patient's bacterial diversity was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the abundance of patients with proteobacteria decreased compared with that before treatment,and the thickness of thick-walled bacteria increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abundance of Acti-nobacillus and Escherichia/Shigella decreased,while that of Veillonella,ClostridiumXIVa,Blautia,Proteus and Fla-vonifractorincreased(P<0.05).After experimental observation,c_Gammaproteobacteria and p_Firmicutes is the characteristic flora of patients before and after treatment.Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can significantly improve the imbalance of intestinal flora in patients with ulcerative colitis.
