摘要
为了解决相邻工作面之间巷道动压影响的问题,结合马兰矿10704工作面轨道的实际情况,采用有限元模拟软件FLAC3D,分析了10704面轨道顺槽在掘进时受回采的动压影响,研究表明超前影响范围约为50 m,并且巷道与10702面回采相遇之后,受到临近工作面采空区上覆岩层形成结构动态变化,巷道围岩变形持续加剧趋势。采用"Φ22 mm×2 400 mm螺纹钢锚杆加W钢带加锚索加金属菱形网"联合支护,使10704轨道巷掘进期间未出现过大的巷道变形,同时顶板下沉量并不大,巷道的变形量趋于稳定。较好地解决动压条件下锚杆支护巷道掘进难题。
In order to solve the problem of the influence of roadway dynamic pressure between adjacent working faces,this paper, based on the actual situation of 10704 working face track in Malan mine, uses the finite element simulation software FLAC3D to analyze the influence of the dynamic pressure of the mining on the 10704 working face track when driving. The research shows that the influence range is about 50 m in advance, and after the roadway meets the mining of 10702 working face, being affected by the goaf of the adjacent working face, the overlying strata in the area form dynamic changes in structure, and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway continues to intensify.The combined support of "Φ22 mm×2 400 mm screw steel bolt, W steel belt, anchor cable and metal rhombus net" is adopted, so that the deformation of 10704 track roadway is not too large during the excavation, and the roof subsidence is not large, and the deformation of roadway tends to be stable. It can solve the difficult problem of bolting roadway driving under dynamic pressure.
