摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术探析中药复方治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的组方用药规律,为中医临床辨治新型冠状病毒肺炎提供参考依据。方法:收集2020年1月26日~3月8日国家及各省、市、自治区卫生健康委员会、中医药管理局发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎中医药相关诊疗方案共24份,对方案中所涉及的方剂进行筛选、整理,建立中药复方治疗新冠肺炎的方剂数据库,运用频数分析、频率分析、聚类分析、关联规则分析等方法对所整理出的中药复方进行数据挖掘分析。结果:本研究共纳入国家及23个省、市、自治区的159首治疗新冠肺炎中药复方,涉及中药189味,得到高频中药(频次≥11)共62个,主要有甘草、杏仁、麻黄、生石膏、茯苓、藿香等;药物类别以清热药、补虚药、化湿药、解表药为主;药性以温、寒、微温、平为主,药味以辛、苦、甘、微苦为主,归经中归肺、胃、脾经中药居多;聚类分析结果根据中药的性能将治疗新冠肺炎的高频药物聚为7类;关联规则分析共得到29个常用药对。结论:中医药治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎用药具有以下特点:补气补阴用药次数较多体现攻邪不忘扶正;发散、清解、攻下、化湿、利湿、渗湿药物俱全体现多种逐邪之法;药类以清热药、补虚药、化湿药、解表药为主,彰显基本治法为化湿解毒,补养气阴。本研究可为指导临床用药及研发新药提供参考与借鉴。
Objective: To analyze the prescription law of TCM compound in the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia,and provide reference for the clinical treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia. Methods:Totally 24 novel coronavirus pneumonia related diagnostic and therapeutic plans issued by the National Health Council and the Chinese medicine authority from January 26,2020 to March 8th were collected to establish the database of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription for the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia by using frequency analysis methods,clustering analysis and association rules analysis to sort out data the of traditional Chinese medicine compounds. Results:In this study,a total of 159 TCM compounds were included in the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia across the country wide,involving 189 TCM compounds.A total of 62 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines(frequency≥11)were obtained,mainly including licorice,almond,ephedra,gypsum,Poria cocos,Huoxiang,etc.The drug types are mainly heat-clearing,vacuous,moisture-curing,and surfactant drugs.The main effect of the medicine was warm,cold,lukewarm and flat,the main flavor of the medicine was spicy,bitter,slightly sweet,and slightly bitter,and the main effect of the medicine works in the lung,stomach and spleen.Cluster analysis results according to the performance of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia has sorted high frequency drugs into 7 classes;Association rule analysis results in 29 common drug pairs. Conclusion:In the treatment of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection with traditional Chinese medicine,the following characteristics are presented supplementing qi and Yin is the key of the treatment,including a continous body maitainance while curing the disease;The method of dispersing and solving the attack of wetness and the drugs used fro clearing the wetness fully embodies a variety of ways to drive away the illness;In terms of drugs,heat-clearing,deficiency,dampness and surface drugs are the mai
