伴有细胞角蛋白表达的神经母细胞瘤一例

摘要 神经母细胞肿瘤是儿童最常见的颅外恶性实体肿瘤,通常认为不表达细胞角蛋白,借此可与上皮来源肿瘤相鉴别。该文报道1例5岁男孩发生的神经母细胞瘤伴有细胞角蛋白表达,描述其组织学特征、免疫表型及遗传学特点,旨在拓展对神经母细胞瘤免疫表型的认识。
