新型环形钢牛腿转换节点的受力性能有限元分析 被引量:3

Finite element analysis on the mechanical performance of new type circular steel corbel conversion joint

摘要 闽投营运中心采用竖向构件为钢管混凝土柱的框架-支撑芯筒结构体系。结合盖挖逆作法进行施工时,需在地下室顶板对防震缝两侧的钢管混凝土柱进行单、双柱转换。对6种转换节点方案进行比较,最终选用新型环形钢牛腿转换节点作为单、双柱的转换方案。转换节点承担的荷载巨大且受力情况复杂,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对节点的力学性能进行数值模拟和分析。结果表明,新型环形钢牛腿转换节点构造可靠,能够满足中震弹性的抗震性能设计目标。 The Fujian Investment Operation Center adopts a frame-brace-core tube structure system with vertical members as concrete-filled steel tube columns.When the construction was carried out in combination with the cover excavation and reverse construction method,it is necessary to perform single and double-column conversion of the concrete-filled steel tube columns on both sides of the anti-seismic joint on the roof of the basement.Comparing the six conversion joint schemes,the new circular steel corbel conversion joint was selected as the single and double column conversion scheme.The load carried by the conversion joint is huge and the stress is complicated.The ABAQUS finite element software was used to numerically simulate and analyze the mechanical properties of the joint.The results show that circular steel corbel conversion joint has a reliable structure,which can meet the design goal of elastic seismic performance under intermediate earthquake.
