摘要
辅导员是做好新形势下大学生思想政治教育工作的关键所在,辅导员专业化、职业化建设也成为辅导员队伍建设的研究方向。经过调研发现,辅导员缺乏职业认同,职业定位不明,职业稳定性差,流动率高,这就造成了辅导员职业承诺不高、职业化程度低的不良后果。摆正辅导员职业角色,提高职业认可,加强职业化培训,搭建学科研究平台,有利于辅导员队伍职业化建设,提高辅导员职业程度。
Counselors are the key to the ideological and political education of college students in the new situation.The professionalization and professional construction of counselors have also become the research direction of the construction of counselors.After investigation,it was found that the counselors lacked professional identity,unclear career positioning,poor career stability,and high turnover rate,which resulted in the undesirable consequences of low professional commitment and low professionalization of the counselors.Correcting the professional role of instructors,improving professional recognition,strengthening professional training,and establishing a discipline research platform are conducive to the professional construction of instructors and improve the professional level of instructors.
