摘要
轻质油品在使用空气催化氧化脱除硫醇过程中,会产生氧化脱硫醇尾气。液化气脱硫醇单元碱液再生含氧尾气中含有一定量的氧气、烃类、碱液和二硫化物,可造成环境污染,设备腐蚀、堵塞,存在安全隐患,需要进行综合治理。综合分析含氧尾气的治理技术,惠州石化含氧尾气的治理从操作优化和技改两方面进行了改进,采取的措施为:增设在线氧含量分析仪,严格控制尾气氧含量;将尾气管线材质由20号碳钢更换为304不锈钢,管道增加伴热线,减少管线中的凝液沉积;增设尾气水洗罐,在二硫化物分离罐气体填料段增加降温用的碱液循环线,通过降低二硫化物的挥发或通过反应可降低含氧尾气二硫化物浓度;优化换碱频次,继续利用原去焦化加热炉的管线处置含氧尾气中的烃类等,有效解决了含氧尾气导致的安全和环保问题。
During the removal of mercaptan from light oils by air catalytic oxidation,sweetening tail gas will be generated.The oxygen-containing tail gas from caustic regeneration of LPG sweetening unit carries a cer-tain amount of oxygen,hydrocarbons,caustic and disulfides,which may cause environment pollution,equipment corrosion or blockage and bring potential safety hazards,so comprehensive treatment measures are needed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of technologies for treating oxygen-containing tail gas,CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemicals Company Limited improved its treatment of oxygen-containing tail gas from the two aspects of operation optimization and technological improvement.The measures adopted include installing online oxygen content analyzer to strictly control the oxygen content of tail gas,replacing the 20 carbon steel of tail gas pipeline with 304 stainless steel and adding heat tracing line to reduce condensate deposition in pipeline,installing tail gas washing tank and adding caustic circulation line to the gas packing section of disulfide sepa-ration tank to reduce the disulfide content of oxygen-containing tail gas by minimizing the volatilization of disulfides or by reactions,and optimizing the frequency of caustic replacement and using the existing pipeline to coker furnace to treat the hydrocarbons in the oxygen-containing tail gas,thus effectively solving the safety and environmental problems caused by the oxygen-containing tail gas.
