摘要
目的:探讨积极反刍思维训练对改善抑郁症的促进作用,并以注意偏向为指标探讨其作用机制。方法:实验组8人和对照组6人完成了整个研究过程,实验组每人接受为期4周的积极反刍思维训练(每周1次,每次约1小时),结束后进行再测。结果:实验组积极反刍思维和生活满意度的提高有统计学意义(P=0.077/0.037),消极反刍思维和抑郁的降低有统计学意义(P=0.022/0.032);对照组的所有指标变化无统计学意义。两组注意偏向的变化无统计学意义。结论:积极反刍思维训练能改善抑郁症,但对注意偏向的影响需要做进一步研究。
Objective:Te examine the effectiveness of individual positive rumination training for patients of depression and its cognitive mechanism using attentional bias as an indicator.Methods:A total of 8 participants in experimental group and 6 participants in the control group finished the study.Results:For the experimental group,the positive rumination and life satisfaction increased significantly(P=0.077/0.037)while negative rumination and depression decreased significantly(P=0.022/0.032).For the control group,all the variables did not changed significantly(P>0.05).However,the attentional biases of both groups did not changed significantly(P>0.05).Conclusion:Individual positive rumination training is effective to change depression.However,further research is needed to examine if the training effect can transfer to attentional bias.
