摘要
疫情的全球蔓延对中国的产业供应链产生了巨大的反向冲击,提升产业供应链的弹性,关系到中国现代产业经济体系的建设和产业高质量发展目标的实现。文章以非金属矿物制品业为切入点,梳理产业供应链近年来所面临的困境和挑战,基于国际贸易中心(ITC)贸易数据,对中国产业供应链所受到的影响展开分析,针对疫情冲击对非金属矿物制品业供应链影响的若干问题提出了短期与长期的发展建议:通过推动产业数字化转型,加强供应链安全管理;加强国际合作,警惕供应链内向化发展趋势;借助"一带一路"和新基建发展战略,扩大非金属矿物制品业市场需求,进一步提升中国产业供应链弹性。
The global spread of the epidemic has a huge reverse impact on China’s industrial supply chain. Improving the flexibility of the industrial supply chain is related to the construction of China’s modern industrial economic system and the realization of high-quality industrial development goals and tasks. This article selects the non-metallic mineral products industry as the starting point for research,studies and sorts out the dilemmas and challenges that the industry supply chain has faced in recent years. Based on the International Trade Center(ITC) trade data,to analyze the impact of the Chinese industrial supply chain,and comprehensively conduct a trend research and judgment on a number of issues affecting the impact of the epidemic on the non-metallic mineral products industry supply chain. By promoting industrial digital transformation,strengthening supply chain security management;strengthening international cooperation,and cautious supply chain inward development trend;expanding the market demand of the non-metallic mineral products industry with the help of the Belt and Road Initiative and new infrastructure development strategy,and further enhance the supply chain resilience of China’s industrial.
