摘要
由于电子商务的不断发展,快递包装的使用量急剧增长,巨大的需求对社会环境带来了极大压力.因此如何高效地回收与再利用快递包装物已经成为政府和快递公司急需解决的问题.本文在信息不对称及有限理性下,建立了政府、快递公司和消费者3方博弈模型,使用matlab软件在不同参数条件进行求解,通过模型分析得到演化稳定策略.最后根据博弈结果和要素分析,为我国的快递包装物回收再利用提供相关建议,增加企业和消费者在回收过程中所获得的收益,从而提高参与的积极性;同时政府也应该加强管理,完善监管制度,积极引导各方参与到回收中,使快递包装得到循环使用,从而减轻环境压力.
In recent years,due to the continuous development of e-commerce,the use of express packaging has increased dramatically,and the huge demand has brought great pressure on the social environment.Therefore,how to efficiently recycle and reuse express package has become an urgent problem for the government and express delivery companies.In this paper,based on information asymmetry and bounded rationality,a three-party game model of government,express delivery company and consumer is established.Matlab software is used to solve the different parameter conditions,and the evolutionary stability strategy is obtained through model analysis.Finally,according to the game results and factor analysis,we provide relevant suggestions for the recycling and reuse of express packaging materials in China,increase the income obtained by enterprises and consumers in the recycling process,thereby increasing the enthusiasm of participation;at the same time,the government should strengthen management and improve supervision.The system actively guides all parties to participate in the recycling,so that the express package is recycled,thus reducing the environmental pressure.
