摘要
慢性创面已成为我国常见的疾病,对患者的身心造成巨大影响。负压创面治疗(NPWT)已在慢性创面的治疗中得到了广泛的应用,富血小板血浆(PRP)又是整形外科的热点。本文首先分别阐述下两种治疗的特点,最后结合临床经验,就二者联用进行综述,为慢性创面的联合疗法提供一些理论依据。PRP与NPWT治疗联合应用具有良好的效果,有助于缩短慢性创面的治疗时间,在临床上值得推广。
Chronic wound has become a common disease in China,which has a huge impact on the physical and mental health of patients.NPWT is an effective treatment of chronic wound with extensive application.Recently PRP is also popular in cosmetics surgery.This article is studied on the composition of the chronic wound treated with PRP Combined with NPWT.This would provide some reliable theoretical basis to the treatment of chronic wound in the future.PRP Combined with NPWT in the treatment of chronic wound can improve the therapeutic effect and d shorten the healing time of ulcer.It is worth promoting clinical treatment.
