摘要
简要分析了传统大型扁管铝型材挤压模过早失效的原因。在传统大型矩形管铝型材挤压模的结构特点的分析基础上设计了一种新的模具结构,并阐述了这种模具结构的组成要素、主要参数及其结构特点。结果表明,这种结构的金属分流方式可以大大降低挤压力。
The factors on premature failure of the traditional extrusion die for the big flat tube profiles were introduced.And the char⁃acteristics of the conventional structure were analyzed.A new type of hollow die structure was presented,and the component of the new die structure was described,the selection of the main structural parameters was explained,and the characteristics of this new struc⁃ture are described.In particular,the metal feeding way of this structure can greatly reduce the extrusion force.
