摘要
为促进海藻纤维在医用敷料产品领域的开发应用,选用不同的酸碱试剂处理海藻纤维,测试纤维的化学结构、外观形态、质量损失率、拉伸性能等,研究海藻纤维在不同酸碱性及不同质量浓度溶液中的化学稳定性。结果表明:酸碱溶液的质量浓度和作用时间对海藻纤维的稳定性影响较大,其中酸性条件对海藻纤维的影响较大,海藻纤维比较耐碱,但不耐强碱;随着酸碱溶液处理时间延长,纤维的质量损失率呈现先增加后减少的趋势;经碱处理后纤维的断裂强度逐渐变小,而断裂伸长率先增加后下降。
To develop the application of alginate fiber on medical dressing products,the treated fiber was taken as samples,chemical structure,morphology,mass loss rate and tensile properties of fiber were tested.The stability of alginate fiber was studies in detail under different concentration of acid-alkaline solution.The results show that the stabilities of alginate fiber was influenced by the concentration and treatment time distinctly,the influence of acid condition is more obvious,the alginate fiber is relatively alkaline resistant,but not resist strong base.With the increase of acid-alkaline treatment time,the mass loss rate of fiber increased and then decreased.The breaking strength of fiber after alkaline treatment decreased gradually,while the breaking elongation increased then decreased.
