摘要
民族医学是在少数民族地方社会文化影响下形成的一种医学体系,其包括了对于疾病与健康的认知和治疗方式,与现代生物医学的诊断标准与治疗模式有所不同。近年来,国内医学人类学就其开展了多次人类学田野调查,成果颇丰。通过梳理民族医学在国内目前的研究发展脉络与研究重点,阐述其在医学人类学视阈下的主要内容范式,同时指出现有研究的不足以及未来可供讨论的研究范畴,力图较为清晰地展示当代民族医学的研究现状和趋势。
Ethnomedicine is a kind of cognition and treatment mode about disease and health influenced by the local social culture of ethnic minorities,which is different from the diagnosis standard and treatment mode of modern bio-medicine.In recent years,medical anthropology in our country has carried out many field investigations on it,which have abundant researches.This paper reviews the research and development of ethnomedicine in China,expounds its main content and paradigm in the perspective of medical anthropology,and points out the shortcomings of existing research and the areas for discussion in the future,in order to clearly show the research status and trend of it.
