摘要
针对电信运营商终端销售各渠道可能存在的养卡套利、合约到期留存率低等问题,提出一种基于信息熵-逼近理想解排序法的终端销售方案评估模型,以监控终端销售健康度;首先运用德尔菲法法找出影响终端销售的指标并确定原始矩阵,然后运用信息熵计算得出指标权值矩阵,最后采用逼近理想解排序算法计算目标到正、负理想解的多维欧氏距离,并求得样本贴近度,以此排序作为终端销售的最终评估标准。结果表明,该方法在一定程度上消除了权重矩阵的主观性,模型部署实施后电信运营商终端销售健康度大幅改善。
To solve the possible problems of card arbitrage and low retention rate of contract expiration in terminal sales channels of telecom operators,an assessment model of terminal sales scheme based on information entropy combined with technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)was proposed to monitor the health of terminal sales.Delphi method was used to find out the indexes affecting the terminal sales and determine the original matrix,then the index weight matrix was calculated by information entropy.TOPSIS algorithm was used to calculate the multi-dimensional Euclidean distance between the target and positive and negative ideal solutions,the sample closeness degree was obtained,and the ranking was used as the final evaluation standard for the terminal sales.The results show that this method eliminates the subjectivity of the weight matrix to a certain extent,and the terminal sales health of telecom operators greatly improves after the model is deployed.
