摘要 针对湿冷机组凝汽器的强化换热,从工程应用的角度分析了通过扰流作用实现强化换热的基本技术原理,即采用一定技术手段通过减弱边界层对流动和传热的影响,达到减小热阻、提高换热系数的目的,并结合实验数据对换热系数提高情况进行了验证,结果显示,有扰流作用的管内换热,其换热系数较光管至少高出20%。 Aiming at the enhanced heat transfer of the condenser of the wet cooling unit,the basic technical principle of the enhanced heat transfer through the spoiler is analyzed from the perspective of engineering application,that is,the influence of the boundary layer on the flow and heat transfer is reduced by a certain technical means.The purpose of heat transfer coefficient is improved by small heat resistance,and the improvement of heat transfer coefficient is verified by the experimental data.The results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the tube inside the heat transfer is at least 20%higher than that of the light pipe.
