摘要
驮背运输车是我国新设计的运输公路货车的铁路专用货车,针对其装卸过程中移动轨道结构的强度与疲劳问题,建立驮背运输车装卸机构的多体系统动力学模型进行分析。为了更准确地模拟移动轨道在滚动接触过程中的受力情况,将移动轨道制作成柔性体建立刚-柔耦合动力学模型,并定义刚体与柔性体之间的滚动接触关系,对装卸过程进行模拟仿真计算。提取动力学计算的结果中的模态坐标时间历程,采用网格不敏感模态结构应力法预测移动轨道焊缝结构的疲劳寿命,对比分析各阶模态及轨道的水平偏移角度对焊缝疲劳寿命的影响。
The piggyback transporter is a new designed railway special-purpose truck suitable for transporting road trucks of China.For the purpose of checking the strength and fatigue of the moving track structure during its loading and unloading process,this paper built the multi-body system dynamics model of the piggyback transporter loading and unloading mechanism.In order to simulate the force of the moving track during rolling contact more accurately,the moving track was made into flexible body to establish the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model.The rolling contact relationship between the rigid body and the flexible body during the loading and unloading process was established in dynamic model.The modal coordinate time history from dynamic calculation were extracted.The fatigue life of the weld structure of the moving track is predicted using the grid-insensitive modal structural stress method.The effects of different modes and horizontal deviation angle of track on fatigue life of weld seam were compared and analyzed in this paper.
