摘要
学术期刊编辑边缘化现象是伴随体制内学术评价体系而出现的现实问题,是学术期刊编辑现实困境的主要表现。在人们心目中,学术期刊编辑大都被视作“为他人作嫁衣”的文字加工者,在体制内也逐渐被定位为独立于学术研究系列之外的群体,这是导致学术期刊编辑边缘化困境的一个因素;学术期刊编辑的职业使其练就“眼上功夫”,而疏于“手上功夫”,这是导致学术期刊编辑边缘化困境的另一个因素。对此,期刊编辑应重建主体精神,克服编辑职业局限,消除编辑职业倦怠,增强编辑职业自信,最大限度地释放自我学术创造潜能,从而实现成功突围。
The marginalization of academic journal editors has been a problem gone worse with the development of the institutional academic evaluation system,in which lies the dilemma of the academic journal editors.The academic journal editors are generally regarded as people who make others great,and like a word processor,they are positioned as a group of people independent of the academic research series,which is one of the reasons that may explain why academic journal editors are marginalized;Years of academic journal editing sharpens the editors’eyes but seldom trains their own academic writing,and this is another reason why academic journal editors are marginalized.Facing these problems,journal editors should try to achieve the breakthrough by revitalizing their subjectivity in editing,piercing the editor’s professional limitation,eliminating the editor’s occupational burnout,and enhancing editor’s self-confidence,so as to maximize the potential of their own academic creation.
