摘要
晋城市医保局于2019年3月挂牌运行,新机构紧盯科技前沿,以强烈的紧迫感主动对标先进,加强调研论证。2019年6月,晋城市医保局出台了《晋城市智慧医保智能监控系统建设实施方案》,当年年底即取得可喜成效,医疗费用不合理增长得到有效控制,医保基金监管水平得到有效提升,各利益主体行为得到有效规范。但也存在队伍专业化建设不足、新系统需要进一步完善、数据安全保障措施需要加强等问题,还需从推进医保治理现代化视角不断提升信息化建设水平。
Jincheng Healthcare Insurance Bureau was put into operation in March 2019.The new organization focused on the forefront of science and technology,and strengthened research and demonstration.In June 2019,Jincheng Healthcare Insurance Bureau issued the implementation plan for the construction of intelligent monitoring system of Jincheng medical insurance,which achieved gratifying results at the end of that year.The unreasonable growth of medical expenses has been eff ectively controlled,the supervision level of medical insurance funds has been eff ectively improved,and the behaviors of various stakeholders have been eff ectively standardized.However,there are still some problems,such as the lack of team specialization,the need to further improve the new system,the need to strengthen the data security measures,etc..It is also necessary to constantly improve the level of information construction from the perspective of promoting the modernization of medical insurance governance.
