软化/混凝-超滤组合工艺处理高硬度原水的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用响应面实验确定石灰-苏打软化法的最佳投加量以降低原水的硬度,通过浸没式超滤工艺对软化出水进行深度处理进一步提升水质,将软化与混凝联用以缓解膜污染。试验分析了软化/混凝-超滤组合工艺对高硬度原水的处理效果及膜污染控制效能。结果表明:当投加质量浓度78.5 mg/L的石灰(氧化钙)和60.8 mg/L的苏打(碳酸钠)时,原水的总硬度降至最低,再经过超滤处理后可以进一步提升水质,确保出水的生物安全性。将软化与混凝联用时,由于超滤进水的颗粒物、有机物和微生物浓度进一步降低,可以极大地缓解膜污染。混凝实验表明,PFS作混凝剂时,混凝效果最好,最佳投加质量浓度为35 mg/L。 Response surface experiments were used to determine the optimal dosage of the lime-soda softening method to reduce the hardness of the raw water.The water quality of softened effluent was further improved by the submerged ultrafiltration process,and the combination of softening and coagulation was used to alleviate membrane pollution.The experimental analyzed the softening/coagulation-ultrafiltration combined process for the treatment of high hardness raw water and the effectiveness of membrane fouling control.The results show that when 78.5 mg/L lime and 60.8 mg/L soda are added,the total hardness of the raw water is reduced to a minimum,and the water quality can be further improved after ultrafiltration treatment to ensure the biological safety of the water.When softening and coagulation are used in combination,the concentration of particles,organics and microorganisms in the ultrafiltration influent is further reduced,which can greatly alleviate membrane fouling.Coagulation experiments showed that when PFS was used as a coagulant,the coagulation effect was the best,and the optimal dosage was 35 mg/L.
