摘要
循环流化床锅炉燃烧调整是一个重要的环节,其燃烧过程是在流化床内装料后,冷态启动时,先启动床下或床上床下结合的点火燃烧器,将燃烧空气预热,热空气化床,加热床料使燃料着火。在循环流化床,当达到一定温度后,投入燃料使其与空气进行混合并燃烧,燃烧过程中所产生或存在的固体粒子根据炉内的气流上升,经锅炉内的相关受热面(水冷壁、高温过热器以及中温过热器等)进入旋风分离器,在旋风分离器作用下,比较粗大的颗粒将被分离出来,通过回料器重新返回炉膛内进行循环燃烧。通过控制一、二次风量与燃料配比调节,以保证炉膛温度稳定均匀,同时以降低氮氧化物生成量。
Combustion adjustment of circulating fluidized bed boiler is an important link.Its combustion process is to start the ignition burner under the bed or ignitionburner combined under bed and on bed after charging in the fluidized bed and during cold start-up,preheat the combustion air,heat the air into the bed and heat the bed material to make the fuel ignite.When the circulating fluidized bed reaches a certain temperature,the fuel is put into the circulating fluidized bed to mix with the air and burn.The solid particles generated or existing in the combustion process rise according to the airflow in the furnace,and enter the cyclone separator through the relevant heating surfaces(water wall,high-temperature superheater and medium temperature superheater,etc.)in the boiler.Under the effect of the cyclone separator,the coarser particles will be divided After separation,it will return to the furnace through the feeder for circulating combustion.By controlling the ratio of primary and secondary air volume and fuel,the furnace temperature is stable and uniform,and the amount of nitrogen oxide is reduced.
